Deputy Manager / Senior Executive – FP&A, Commercial Analysis & RMU

We are seeking a dynamic finance professional to join our team as Deputy Manager / Senior Executive – FP&A, Commercial Analysis & RMU . The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, commercial performance analysis, audit support, and process digitalisation, with exposure to manufacturing operations and cost management.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives focusing on commercial performance.

Conduct volume and contribution margin analysis at standalone and consolidated levels.

Support annual budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to senior management.

Commercial & Profitability Analysis

Perform ROCE and product group profitability reviews.

Collaborate with Product Managers for PG-wise financial analysis and insights.

Track plant profitability and analyze sales and contribution variances.

Conduct budget vs. actual expense and cost variance analysis (price and usage).

Inventory, Cost & Audit Support

Manage ITR and slow-moving inventory analysis.

Coordinate statutory, cost, and internal audits ensuring timely compliance.

Monitor yield, material usage, and monthly expense performance vs. budget.

Support cost reduction, sourcing optimization, and CEP initiatives.

Digitalisation & Process Improvement

Identify and drive automation and digitalisation initiatives in finance processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline reporting and analytics.

Maintain project documentation, risk tracking, and communication alignment.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent understanding of finance, accounting, and commercial principles.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP (mandatory) .

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Commercial acumen with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Background :

Experience in manufacturing, chemical, pharma, or process industries .

Exposure to cost accounting, FP&A, and plant commercial operations.

Prior experience in digitalisation or process automation initiatives.
