What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

As the Fundraising Consultant (Part-Time / Remote), you will :

Fundraising & Investor Relations

  • Identify, connect, and onboard HNIs, angel investors, family offices, and strategic investors.
  • Syndicate funds through existing networks and investor communities.
  • Facilitate introductions, follow-ups, and communication between investors and the founding team.

Growth Capital & Partnerships

  • Source potential partners and collaborators aligned with ARL’s sustainability vision.
  • Build relationships with impact and climate-focused investment networks.

    • Who We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in startup fundraising, syndication, or investor relations.
  • Strong network with HNIs, angels, and family offices (India or global).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, persuasive, and results-driven.
  • Passionate about sustainable, impact-driven ventures.

  • Prior experience with any fundraising.
  • Understanding of convertible instruments, CCDs, or early-stage deal structures.
  • Ability to create or refine pitch materials, summaries, or investor briefs.

    • Compensation & Incentives

  • Finder’s Fee : Percentage commission on successfully raised funds.
  • Long-Term Incentive : Eligibility for advisory equity / sweat shares for bringing strategic or high-impact investors.
  • Flexible Engagement : Work remotely, part-time, and outcome-based — ideal for consultants or professionals with investor networks.
