Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters working on mid to senior-level mandates across industries.
- Mentor and train junior recruiters to improve sourcing, screening, and client management capabilities.
- Assign and prioritize job requisitions among team members based on capability and bandwidth.
- Maintain strong client relationships through timely updates, quality profiles, and strategic support.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Meet team targets on closures, client satisfaction, and turnaround time (TAT).
- Regularly review and report on team performance metrics and hiring KPIs.
