Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on stress management, nutrition, fitness, and mental well-being.
• Develop customized wellness plans based on individual assessments and goals.
• Organize wellness workshops, webinars, and awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to align wellness initiatives with organizational goals.
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback and motivation to participants.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure a safe, supportive environment for all employees.
