These facilities are designed to promote balanced regional development and stimulate local economies.

What you'll do :

Responsible for managing accounting and finance functions in alignment with organizational goals and business plans. Key responsibilities include :

• Preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, budgets, and conducting debtors / creditors ageing analysis and reconciliations.
• Supervising GL, bank / cash statements, sales & purchase registers, and credit / debit note registers.
• Preparing Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet; finalizing financial statements with statutory auditors.
• Proficient in Tally ERP and well-versed in Income Tax (TDS / TCS, advance tax), GST, and customs filings and returns.
• Handling project financing, fund appraisals, and loan documentation.
• Drafting replies for tax assessments and coordinating with statutory auditors and tax advisors for direct and indirect tax litigations.

Preferred :

OR in a reputed commercial real estate leasing firm.
