Responsibilities and Duties
- Support pre-sales technical discussions
- Help define the scope of customer solutions, ensuring alignment with both technical and business goals.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language.
- Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations for prospective clients as well as conducting technical training and product training to all users
- Should be able to provide compliance, BoQ and Technical proposal preparation, end-to-end solution stitching for Tender / RFQ / RFI / RFP Specially Govt RFPs related to IP Telephony, UC and Helpdesks.
- Design technical specifications and make appropriate recommendations for RFPs as per business use cases
- Serve as technical liaison between sales, customers and engineering for pre-sales issues
- Work closely as a bridge between sales and Product team, for mapping business requirements with product capabilities
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer feedback and improve product offerings.
- Provide training to Partner sales teams on Neox solutions and sales best practices.
- Assist in Partner Management for the identification and analysis of potential partner opportunities and distribution channels
- Assist Support and delivery teams for successful execution of Projects and PoCs
- Perform any other / or additional duties as dictated by the needs of the business.
- Must be able to travel and carry out onsite visits as per requirement
- Support the product team in testing the functionalities or product developments in-house and provide first hand review as per the market requirements and standards.
- Designing network & security, implementation and troubleshooting experience (Hands On)., Conduct trainings programs for team and channel partners.
- Conduct webinars and technology presentations for partners to enable sales, create knowledge base articles such as FAQs, How-To(s), Technology Whitepapers and Blog, Willingness to travel to collaborating institutions, Ability to negotiate and manage multiple stakeholders to create win-win outcomes.
- Independently working in a team, with a flexible approach, problem solving skills, dynamic, with entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility to travel, Network Management, Voice, Video Management, IPPBX / Active Networking products & presales activities required., Cross team engagement, Unit.
Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Electrical / Computer / Telecom Engineering or equivalent with atleast 2-3 years experience in SIP, VOIP, Softswitch, IMS core, NGN core, Helpdesk Solutions, Unified Communication and IP Telephony Field is mandatoryLocation : AhmedabadExperience : 4+ years experience in presalesBasic knowledge of Servers / Infrastructure / VM / CloudExcellent Presentation skill, Basic understanding of DNS / Email / Web protocols (Must).Excellent Documentation skills and ability to design / draft extensive solution design proposals, HLD and LLD documents.Excellent Team Management Skill.Excellent oral and written communication as well as presentation skills to support US customers.Creating Proposal based on the requirementIn Depth understanding of telecom / voice technologies, solutions and servicesExcellent communications, presentation & interpersonal skillsGood level of proficiency in written / conversational EnglishAble to travel extensively and at short noticePossesses go-getter attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic industryCandidates with existing contacts or an established customer base will have an added advantage.Knowledge of O / BSS, CRM and other VoIP solutions.Skills Required
