Job Description : Position Overview

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be a key member of the technical team responsible for designing and implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of our clients. You will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into scalable and innovative technical solutions using the Salesforce platform. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, best practices, and the ability to lead and mentor development teams.

Industry Expertise

Salesforce Implementation : Successful track record of leading and executing Salesforce implementations tailored to the needs of key industries. This includes designing solutions to support sales, service, marketing, content management, and other industry-specific functions.

Salesforce Platform Expertise : Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Industries Clouds, and other Salesforce products. This includes a deep understanding of declarative development, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other relevant tools.

Solution Design : Proven experience in designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions that address complex business requirements and challenges. This includes translating business needs into technical specifications and creating scalable and innovative architectures.

Project Management : Ability to lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects, including requirements gathering, resource allocation, project planning, and tracking progress to ensure successful delivery.

Security and Compliance : In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security features and best practices to safeguard data and comply with data privacy regulations, industry standards, and internal security policies.

Integration : Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications, both within the Salesforce ecosystem and with external platforms. Knowledge of various integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and middleware technologies.

AppExchange Solutions : Familiarity with AppExchange applications and their integration into Salesforce orgs to extend functionality and meet specific business needs.

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) : Proficiency in all stages of the SDLC, from requirements gathering and analysis to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Change Management : Experience in managing change within organizations during Salesforce implementations, including user training, documentation, and user adoption strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design : Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and functional analysts to understand business objectives and requirements. Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business needs, best practices, and industry standards.

Salesforce Expertise : Possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and other relevant products. Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and functionalities to provide cutting-edge recommendations and solutions.

Technical Leadership : Lead the technical design and development efforts, providing guidance to development teams and ensuring that the architecture aligns with best practices and established standards. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code delivery.

Integration : Design and implement integration strategies to connect Salesforce with other applications and systems, both within the organization and with external partners. Ensure data flows smoothly between Salesforce and other platforms.

Performance Optimization : Identify and address performance bottlenecks within Salesforce applications, conduct scalability assessments, and implement optimization strategies to improve system performance and response times.

Security and Compliance : Implement robust security measures to protect customer data and ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA etc) and internal security policies.

Documentation : Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment guides, to aid in knowledge transfer and future maintenance.

Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and IT departments, to ensure successful project delivery and user adoption.

Innovation : Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends within the telecommunication industry. Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce and other technologies to enhance business processes and customer experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5-8 years) as a Technical Architect with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related tools.
• Experience with integration methodologies and API-based integrations with external systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design innovative and scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and develop Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
