Job Title : Operations Executive – (Travel / Corporate / MICE)
Location : Mumbai
Working Days : 6 Days (Saturday Work-from-Home)
Job Summary :
The Operations Executive will be responsible for handling all travel-related documentation and backend operations efficiently. The role involves processing client bookings, managing travel documents, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements for customers / corporates.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and manage travel documentation such as visa papers, travel insurance, itineraries, vouchers, and invoices.
Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, transport vendors, and DMCs for confirmations and bookings.
Maintain accurate records of client bookings and travel documents.
Ensure timely delivery of documents to customers before departure.
Handle queries related to travel documents, visa requirements, and travel formalities.
Support the sales and customer service team with backend coordination.
Cross-check all travel details (dates, names, services) to ensure accuracy.
Maintain smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal departments.
Assist in resolving any pre-travel operational or documentation issues.
Keep up to date with destination-specific visa and entry requirements.
Requirements :
Experience : 2-3 year in travel operations or documentation (preferably in a travel agency or tour company).
Fresher with good communication can also apply
Skills :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and booking / CRM software
Knowledge of visa and travel documentation processes
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
