Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Thane. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales for product for column internals and mass transfer products , managing the sales team, identifying market opportunities, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes preparing sales reports and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Sales and Marketing skills
• Experience in developing sales strategies and generating leads
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent client relationship management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
