Location : Shenzhen, China (On-site)

Position Overview

We are currently hiring Global B2B Sales Managers to join our team in Shenzhen, China. This is an exciting opportunity to be based in one of the world’s most dynamic markets and work with clients from around the globe.

Key Responsibilities

Global Market Management : Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business across regions including North America, Europe, and Asia.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with international distributors, resellers, and retailers.

Sales Negotiation : Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure mutually beneficial deals.

Market Research & Strategy : Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with internal teams including product, marketing, logistics, and customer service to deliver client satisfaction.

Trade Show Representation : Represent the brand at international exhibitions and trade shows to showcase products and build market presence.

Performance Tracking : Monitor key sales metrics and ensure targets are consistently achieved or exceeded.

Qualifications and Skills

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field. MBA is a plus .

Experience : 2–5 years in B2B sales, ideally within the tech gadgets, electronics, or camera accessories space.

Global Market Expertise : Experience working with international clients, especially in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Language : Fluency in English is required.

Technical Knowledge : A good understanding (or willingness to quickly learn) of camera equipment such as lenses, filters, and drones.

CRM Proficiency : Hands-on experience with CRM systems.

Soft Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural, and growth-focused environment.
