Key Responsibilities :

Clinic Operations & Administration

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• Manage front office, nursing, housekeeping, and support staff efficiently.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards as per medical and aesthetic protocols.
• Coordinate schedules for doctors, therapists, and procedure rooms. Patient Experience & Relationship Management
• Ensure a warm, professional, and high-quality experience for every patient.
• Handle patient queries, feedback, and escalations effectively.
• Supervise patient counseling and follow-up processes to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Work with marketing and CRM teams to enhance patient engagement and loyalty programs.
