Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Counsellor cum Sales Manager. The role is based in Delhi, India. The Patient Counsellor cum Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with patients, and addressing their concerns and needs. In addition, the role involves driving sales and meeting targets, as well as organising and managing patient records and appointments.

• Strong Communication skills
• Sales experience and the ability to meet sales targets
• Excellent Organisation Skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Proven experience in a similar role in the Dermatology or cosmetic industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
