Job Description of Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in managing and optimizing IT infrastructure environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless availability, performance, and security of systems across servers, networks, and cloud platforms.

Location : Bengaluru

Work Mode : Work from Office

Job Type : Full-Time

Shift Timing : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Work Week : Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain servers, storage, and network infrastructure (on-premise and cloud).
• Implement and support virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
• Ensure system uptime, performance optimization, and preventive maintenance.
• Handle configuration, deployment, and patch management across systems.
• Monitor infrastructure health using tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Grafana.
• Collaborate with internal teams for infrastructure scaling, upgrades, and incident response.
• Implement and manage data backup, recovery, and security policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, OS, and network issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, SOPs, and change logs.
• Support IT compliance, audits, and infrastructure standardization initiatives.
