Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a holistic content strategy aligned with brand, SEO, and business goals.
- Lead and manage a team of content creators (writers, editors, designers, freelancers).
- Create and oversee high-quality, original content across multiple formats : blogs, case studies, whitepapers, website content, social media, email campaigns, video scripts, etc.
- Collaborate with SEO, product, design, and performance marketing teams to ensure content effectiveness and consistency.
- Plan and manage a content calendar that supports product launches, campaigns, and thought leadership.
- Use content analytics tools to track performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and optimize content accordingly.
- Maintain and evolve brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines across all content.
- Stay updated on content trends, audience behavior, and competitive content strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or related field.5+ years of experience in content creation and strategy, preferably in a B2B / B2C digital environment.Proven experience leading a content or editorial team.Strong command of written English and editorial best practices.Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Skills Required
