Job Description :

• The position will provide leadership on planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives across the organisation, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable progress.
• This role requires strong strategic thinking paired with disciplined execution to drive system-wide change in foundational learning.
• Lead the implementation of the organization's strategy, ensuring clear roadmaps, milestones, and accountability structures.
• Establish and oversee mechanisms for monitoring progress against strategic goals
• Build organisational capability for implementation discipline, including tools and processes.
• Prepare strategic updates, presentations, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
