About the Role

We’re looking for a high-octane generalist to join the Founder’s Office at a fast-growing Ed Tech startup. This is a Chief of Staff role for someone who combines analytical rigor (BA-type skills) with strategic thinking, operational excellence, and people development.

You’ll spend 50–60% of your time on learning and development , designing training, coaching, and capability-building programs , while the rest focuses on strategic projects, cross-functional initiatives, and founder support.

Ideal for former MBB consultants, ex-startup Chiefs of Staff, or strategy leads who thrive in high-energy, founder-facing roles , enjoy solving complex problems , and are passionate about building teams and scaling impact.

What You’ll Do

Drive strategic initiatives alongside the founders.

Lead learning design & people development programs.

Translate founder vision into actionable OKRs and measurable outcomes.

Manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder communication.

Contribute to culture, operations, and growth strategy.

Who You Are

High-octane former MBB Analyst / Consultant or Chief of Staff / Strategy Lead in a funded startup.

Passionate about learning, coaching, and people development.

Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
