The Business Analyst will support the OTC Foundation Program by capturing, documenting, and analyzing business processes, data, policies, and controls. The role ensures clarity and consistency in documenting the 'as-is' and 'to-be' states, supporting process simplification and standardization efforts through structured analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop project charters and value cases for assigned projects.
- Lead and manage assigned projects ensuring alignment with program objectives.
- Work with SMEs to gather, analyze, and document current process flows, controls, and pain points.
- Partner with external vendors, governance SMEs, service delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Facilitate discovery workshops with process owners / key stakeholders to align on objectives and improvement areas.
- Develop detailed process maps, playbooks, DTPs, and governance documents in accordance with GPO model and BPQMS standards.
- Document KPIs, metrics, and control standards for process measurement.
- Support SMEs in conducting gap analysis between current and future-state processes.
- Identify opportunities for simplification, elimination of non-value activities, and process harmonization.
- Perform risk and impact assessments for proposed changes.
- Maintain documentation repositories and ensure traceability across process improvements.
- Develop training materials for new standardized processes.
Skills & Experience :
5+ years in business analysis, process documentation, or operational excellence roles.Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes end-to-end.Experience in business process modeling using Visio, ARIS, or equivalent tools.Strong analytical, documentation, and facilitation skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.Experience working across global and cross-functional teams.Skills Required
