Speech Language Pathologist

The Power Learning Centre is one of the largest multi-disciplinary Centres in Mumbai, with 2 branches of 2500 sq ft in Santacruz W & Goregaon E. As we expand, we are on the lookout for additional Senior Speech Therapists to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, therapy planning, and effective communication with parents and team members.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders using standardized tools and clinical assessments.

Administer appropriate standardized tests and evaluation tools.

Prepare detailed and timely assessment reports for each child.

Design individualized intervention plans and monthly goal plans.

Revise goals regularly based on each child’s progress.

Ensure consistent parental engagement and build trust for continued therapy participation.

Conduct monthly progress reviews with parents and obtain signed feedback.

Re-evaluate children periodically and prepare quarterly progress reports.

Maintain comprehensive session notes, attendance sheets, and other required documentation.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with the Centre Head, co-workers, and reporting managers.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative care planning.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology.

2-3 years of experience preferred; freshers with strong clinical training are welcome to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Child-centric, empathetic, and collaborative approach to therapy.

Proficiency with therapy tools and online systems.
