Role & Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments for pediatric patients.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child’s developmental needs.

Work closely with parents and caregivers to guide them on effective home-based support strategies.

Collaborate with pediatricians, occupational therapists, psychologists, and other team members for holistic care.

Maintain accurate therapy records and progress reports.

Conduct group therapy sessions, workshops, and parent training when required.

Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices in pediatric speech therapy.

Qualifications

BASLP

with minimum

3 years of experience , OR

MASLP

with

0–2 years of experience .

Strong understanding of child development and pediatric communication disorders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
