Governance and Process Improvement :

Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Continuously assess and improve procurement processes to enhance effectiveness and reduce costs.

Ensure procurement activities are aligned with company policies and industry best practices.

Vendor Relationship Management :

Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and contract management.

Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers for PAN India projects to ensure long-term collaboration and cost efficiency.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure high-quality supply and service levels.

Strategic Procurement and Cost Management :

Forecast market trends to identify opportunities for strategic tie-ups and price hedging.

Identify and source new materials that contribute to cost reduction and profitability.

Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive pricing.

Operational Efficiency :

Streamline procurement processes across 70+ projects to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Guide and support zonal teams in day-to-day procurement activities, providing expertise and oversight.

Implement agile procurement practices to respond quickly to project needs and market changes.

Reporting and Benchmarking :

Prepare and publish detailed management reports on procurement activities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.

Benchmark procurement practices against industry standards to position the company as a leader in procurement excellence.

Team Leadership :

Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives and project success.
