Role Overview :
The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end delivery operations with partner colleges and actively generating and nurturing leads that convert into admissions and applications. This role requires coordination among the sales, marketing, and partner engagement teams to optimise workflows, improve partner satisfaction, and increase enrollments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee delivery operations with partner colleges to ensure timely, high-quality lead processing and application management.
- Drive lead generation initiatives through data analysis, outreach campaigns, and partnership collaborations.
- Track and optimise conversion rates from lead to application and admission, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies and operational execution.
- Define, monitor, and report key operational metrics and lead pipeline health to senior management.
- Implement and improve operational tools, CRM workflows, and reporting dashboards to streamline processes.
- Train and manage operations staff focused on partner relations and lead handling.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, admission guidelines, and organisational standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, SQL and Python is a must.
- Experience with data integration and API integration is a plus.
- Determining KPIs for newly built operations and data systems and ensuring optimal performance.
- Use statistical methods to analyse data and generate valuable business insights / reports.
- Building Dashboards in the Data Analytics & BI Platform.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation concepts.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with SaaS platforms and automation 2+ years of experience in operations management, lead generation, or partner relationship management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with CRM tools and operational dashboards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with partner colleges and internal teams.
- Proven organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Result-oriented with a focus on process improvement and target achievement.
