We’re looking for a Student Support Member who can deliver exceptional service, ensure smooth query resolution, and help students make the most of their educational experience.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Interact with students visiting the support center—addressing queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Resolve issues promptly through in-person interactions and phone calls.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain service consistency and quality.
• Communicate effectively in English (verbal & written) with students, faculty, and staff.
• Document every interaction accurately for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and continuously improve support processes.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated and efficient.
• Collect and share student feedback to enhance the overall experience.
