Associate (Client Success & Operations)

Job descriptionDrive coordination between advisors, counselors, and management for seamless conversion and case progression. Manage package creation, documentation, invoicing, and CRM updates with precision and speed. Track follow-ups, meetings, and conversion analytics to support leadership reporting. Act as a cross-functional link to streamline internal workflows and optimize sales processes. Provide operational support to the counseling and delivery teams for student progress tracking and document management. Oversee service timelines, scheduling, and feedback loops to ensure consistent client satisfaction. Assist in onboarding new clients, guiding them through the program journey, and maintaining continuous engagement. Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution; Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with excellent English proficiency. Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM tools, spreadsheets, and client communication platforms. Self-driven, process-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pre-Sales & Customer Success
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and digital channels to understand needs and share UniHawk’s value proposition.
- Qualify leads, nurture relationships, and manage the pipeline from inquiry to consultation booking.
- Deliver exceptional first impressions to clients through proactive communication and service excellence.
Sales Operations & Business Coordination
