About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage our 200+ user IT environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in servers, networks, cybersecurity, and endpoint management, along with the ability to drive reliability, performance, and process improvements across the IT function.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and administer servers, networks, storage, and endpoint systems for a 200+ user setup.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure.
• Lead and oversee IT helpdesk operations to deliver prompt issue resolution and user satisfaction.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery (DR) plans, backup strategies, and business continuity processes.
• Strengthen IT security posture by managing firewalls, antivirus, access controls, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Oversee vendor management, procurement, and AMC / contract negotiations.
• Conduct regular audits, monitoring, and preventive maintenance to ensure system health.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing IT requirements and technology initiatives.
• Maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and policies.
