Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and certified
Project Management Trainer
to develop and deliver high-quality training programs on project management concepts, tools, and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in
Agile, Scrum, and PMP
methodologies, with the ability to guide learners from foundational principles to certification readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
Lead interactive training sessions, workshops, and certification courses on project management topics.
Facilitate both classroom and online learning environments effectively.
Curriculum Development
Design, develop, and continuously update training materials, course modules, and learning assessments.
Create real-world case studies and exercises to enhance practical understanding.
Methodology Expertise
Educate participants on recognized project management methodologies —
PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and PRINCE2
Ensure learners understand tools, terminology, and best practices aligned with certification standards.
Performance Assessment
Evaluate learner progress through quizzes, assignments, and mock exams.
Provide constructive feedback and individual guidance to ensure learning outcomes are met.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work with internal teams to conceptualize new training initiatives and scheduling plans.
Support backend preparation for classroom or virtual sessions.
Best Practice Implementation
Share and apply current best practices in project planning, execution, and control.
Stay updated with PMI and Agile standards, tools, and frameworks.
Qualifications and Skills
Education :
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
Experience :
Minimum 2–6 years of hands-on experience in managing projects or leading teams.
Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Project Management Trainer, Instructor, or Corporate Facilitator.
Certifications (Preferred / Required) :
PMP® (Project Management Professional)
– PMI
CAPM®
PRINCE2®
, or
Agile / Scrum Master Certification
Technical Skills :
Proficiency with project management tools such as
MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
Experience using
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
for content delivery and tracking.
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate diverse learners.
Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical learning outcomes.
