This is a full-time on-site role for our Client for a Backend CRM professional located in Chennai.

The role involves managing customer relationships, supporting sales efforts, and utilizing analytical skills to improve customer engagement.

You will also be responsible for project management tasks to ensure the successful implementation of CRM strategies, maintaining clear communication between the team and clients.

Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year Proficiency in Backend Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales
• Strong Analytical Skills and Project Management experience
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the wellness or Beauty Industry or related services is beneficial
• Chennai based candidates preferred
