About the role :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Operations Executive to take ownership of the entire employee lifecycle and vendor management process. The ideal candidate will be based in Bangalore, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working from the office while closely collaborating with the HR team and company leadership .

Responsibilities :

Manage the complete employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for all new hires and exits.

Take charge of vendor management, ensuring efficient communication and handling of third-party relationships. Previous experience in effective vendor management is essential.

Regularly engage with employees, addressing their queries and grievances in a timely and empathetic manner, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Be a people’s person who is proactive in identifying and resolving potential HR issues and concerns, enhancing employee satisfaction.

Assist the recruitment team when needed, contributing to the hiring process as required.

Requirements :

Masters in Human Resources Management or relevant field. Having a total experience of 3-5 years.

Proven experience in HR Operations and Vendor Management.

Hands on experience with HRMS tools like Keka, Zoho etc

Good understanding of HR policies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Proactive and solution-oriented with a "get things done" attitude.

Ability to handle employee queries and grievances with sensitivity and professionalism.

Familiarity with recruitment processes is a plus.

Location : Must be based in Bangalore and available to work from the office.
