Job description

Software Development : You'll need at least 7 years of software development experience, focusing on building highly scalable enterprise systems. You'll lead and participate in the design, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.

UI / Frontend Development : The role requires solid knowledge of JavaScript and modern frameworks like Angular 2+ and React . You should also be proficient in HTML5 , CSS3 , jQuery , and Bootstrap . Expertise in object-oriented JavaScript, debugging, and responsive / adaptive UI design is a must.

Technical Leadership : You will provide leadership in all areas of the development process, including UI development standards and practices, system architecture, and design. You will also mentor other software engineers and guide technical design efforts to ensure systems are scalable and high-performing.

Collaboration & Communication : You will collaborate with your team to explore existing systems and identify risks. You'll also need excellent verbal and written skills to communicate complex ideas and ensure the technical feasibility of UI designs.

Quality & Best Practices : You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of code quality, unit test coverage, and a good understanding of UI best practices, RESTful services, and W3C standards (like WCAG 2.0).

Troubleshooting & Testing : You should have experience with supporting and troubleshooting live applications and knowledge of performance, application tuning, and load testing.
