Job descriptionMinimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and ERP management, with proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations). Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud, Sales & Distribution, Purchase, Inventory, Production, and Accounts & Finance modules. Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale IT projects, ERP implementations, and technology infrastructure rollouts. Excellent understanding of MS SQL databases and Microsoft Power BI; proficiency in Azure Cloud will be an added advantage. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration effectively

Work Mode : Onsite (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted business operations.
- Lead IT projects, including the design, implementation, and deployment of new IT applications, systems, and services.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to assess cost efficiency and productivity, and recommend improvements to enhance business processes and controls.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements and develop effective IT solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and system-related issues, ensuring timely support for internal IT applications.
- Manage system integrations, migrations, and optimizations within the D365 ecosystem to ensure scalability and reliability.
