We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Recruiter to manage the end-to-end process of sourcing, vetting, and supplying qualified drivers to our Australian logistics clientele. This is a critical role that connects top driver talent with national transport companies.

Job Type : Full-Time

Job Timings : 04 : 00 AM to 01 : 00 PM

Please Note : This is an office-based role operating from our Ahmedabad, India facility. You will be working strictly within Australian business hours (AEST / AEDT) to effectively liaise with the Australian market.

Responsibilities :

1. Driver Interviewing & Vetting

• Candidate Hunting & Screening : Actively source, screen, and assess professional Heavy Vehicle (HV) drivers through job boards, social media, and internal databases to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Effective Interviewing : Conduct thorough interviews to clearly identify and document the driver's skillset, license classification, experience (e.g., local, linehaul, refrigerated transport), and relevant industry endorsements.
• Filtering & Selection : Apply rigorous filtering criteria to ensure only suitable and reliable candidates are advanced, aligning their expertise with the high standards required by Australian national carriers, thus finding the right candidate for placement.
