What in Ideosphere – Client Management & Delivery
A customer facing profile to develop and implement effective media and public relations strategies. An account manager should have the ability to understand and analyse the key client and market insights with a brand lens and ownership and translate that in to media stories for digital, print, radio, television, and podcasts. The incumbent will be the owner of all client related deliverables and drive the brand objectives of the mandate through Media, PR, and Communication solutions.

Job Responsibilities
Planning
With the support of the Account Director, understand the client requirements and deliverables for the proposed marketing and communication strategy and execute to meet the KPIsPlan and briefing of work management across the mediums and teams and partnersEstablish clarity in communication and briefing amongst clients, partners, and the team members at the initial level for minimum miscommunicationStandardization and Management of all important documents and information required across verticalsExecution
Understand the industry of the client and approach to get to media campaign outcomesAbility to pitch press release and feature ideas to the relevant media, to interest them in covering the clients’ storiesAbility to build client relationships and maintain a network of media contacts including journalists and industry spokespeopleAbility to write press releases, articles, blogs and the required content piecesWork as part of the Brand Communications teams to deliver the larger mandate (beyond just PR) through consistent brand message acrossManage the needs of the client and their accountsContribute to team meetings, liaising and update clients on the activities undertakenPlay the role of backup to the larger Brand Communications team on the mandate when neededSoft Skills

Work Type : Hybrid (Work from Office 3 Days a Week + Work from Home)
Remuneration : CTC ₹750,000 to ₹950,000 all inclusive
