Role Description :
The Group Communications Specialist is responsible for managing and developing Piab Group’s digital communication channels, ensuring consistent and engaging internal and external communication. The role includes ownership of the Group website, intranet, and LinkedIn presence, as well as production of brand and visual materials. This position combines hands-on content creation with strategic communication planning to strengthen the Piab Group brand and support collaboration across the organization.
This role directly contributes to the Group Communications & Learning team’s ambition to create a more unified, modern, and scalable communication and learning ecosystem that strengthens Piab Group’s brand, empowers employees, and supports business growth across all divisions.
Responsibilities :
Manage the Group website
(www.piabgroup.com) : act as main editor and ensure all content, layout, and functionality are up to date and aligned with Group standards.
Manage the Group intranet
(piCONNECT) : act as main editor and ensure content, layout, and functionality support internal communication and collaboration.
Manage the Group’s social media presence on LinkedIn : plan, draft, and publish posts in line with to the Group communication plan.
Coordinate production of Group brand materials , including business cards, office templates, images, videos, and other visual assets, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
Create and edit content
for the website, intranet, and social media channels.
Track, analyze, and report on performance and engagement
across the website, intranet, and social media channels.
Requirements :
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Communication Specialist or in a similar senior communication role.
Proven experience working in a large, international organization.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong creative skills combined with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
Excellent time-management, planning, and organizational abilities.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Proactive and self-driven, with a hands-on approach.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Tools and Platforms
Deep knowledge of
Episerver / Optimizely (CMS)
– both technical understanding and editorial experience.
Experience working with
SharePoint , ideally with both editorial and basic technical capabilities.
Proficiency in
content management and analytics.
Experience with
Canva
and
Adobe Creative Suite
for creating and adapting visual materials.
