Positions : SAP Advisory & Implementation / Digital Transformation & SAP S / 4HANA

Location : Middle East (KSA, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and wider GCC / MENA markets)

We are seeking distinguished SAP leaders to spearhead digital transformation programs for some of the Middle Easts most strategic enterprises. This leadership opportunity is focused on driving end-to-end SAP S / 4HANA and AI-enabled transformations across mission-critical industries such as energy (oil & gas, utilities, renewables), manufacturing, automotive, aerospace & defense, industrial products, chemicals, consumer products, life sciences, healthcare, retail, logistics, financial services, and government / public sector.

In this role, you will :

Provide strategic leadership for complex SAP transformation programs at enterprise scale

Partner with C-level executives to shape business and technology strategies. Lead multi-disciplinary global teams to deliver high-value outcomes.Drive innovation by leveraging AI, automation, and advanced SAP capabilities to modernize business processes.Play a visible role in regional economic diversification and digital transformation agendas.

What Were Looking For :

Proven track record of SAP program leadership and delivery in enterprise environments.
Experience in one or more of the above sectors, preferably across GCC / MENA markets.
Ability to manage large global teams, stakeholders, and transformation roadmaps. Strong executive presence and consulting acumen.

Strategic SAP & Digital Transformation Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale SAP S / 4HANA and AI-enabled transformation programs across complex, multi-industry organizations.

Expertise in program governance, risk management, and aligning technology strategy with business objectives.

Track record of delivering measurable business impact through innovative SAP solutions.

Industry Domain Mastery :

Deep understanding of Energy, Aviation, Oil & Gas, and Government / Public Sector.

Ability to translate sector-specific challenges into SAP-enabled business solutions, including regulatory, compliance, and operational considerations.

Experience in advising leadership on industry trends, benchmarks, and digital maturity Stakeholder Engagement & Strong C-suite advisory and engagement skills, shaping enterprise technology and transformation strategy.

Ability to influence decision-making, align diverse stakeholders, and drive consensus across multiple levels of leadership.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in complex enterprise & Technology Expertise in leveraging SAP, AI, automation, and cloud technologies to design future-ready processes.

Demonstrated success in introducing innovation-led business transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, agility, and competitiveness.

Strong orientation toward emerging technologies and digital trends impacting enterprise operations.

People Leadership & Organizational Impact :

Proven experience leading large, cross-functional, and geographically distributed teams in high-performance environments.

Ability to mentor, develop, and retain top SAP talent, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and accountability.

Skilled in building organizational capabilities, team alignment, and driving results through empowered leadership.

Work must hold a valid work authorization / residency in the GCC (e.g., transferable Iqama in KSA or valid employment permit in UAE / Qatar). Exceptional profiles may be considered for sponsorship or relocation support.
