Job Title - Finance & MIS Manager – Mumbai (Vikhroli)

What You’ll Do :

Agreement Management & Review

• Review and ensure completeness of each project agreement from an accounting perspective.
• Maintain a register of all active agreements with relevant accounting checkpoints.
• Liaise with legal and project teams to understand key clauses affecting financial reporting (e.g., performance obligations, penalties, warranties, revenue milestones).
• Interpret commercial clauses to determine accounting treatments in compliance with applicable standards (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS).
• Document summary memos of key financial implications for each agreement.
