Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report operations including General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Intercompany transactions, and Consolidation.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP / IFRS standards and support internal and external audits (SOX exposure preferred).
- Execute process improvements, automation initiatives, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate financial reporting and assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications and Experience :
Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.3–5 years of RTR experience in multinational companies (MNCs) or shared services.Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (mandatory).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Skills Required
