Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee / Assistant Manager, Record to Report!

In this role, The Assistant Manager oversees RTR delivery for assigned entities / regions. Ensures compliance, drives efficiencies, manages a team, and partners with other finance and business functions.

Responsibilities

• .Talent retention and leadership pipeline.
• .Preparation and Manage team's execution of journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• .Review and approve financial statements for accuracy.
• .Ensure compliance with SOX / internal controls and accounting standards.
• .Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and auditors.
• .Lead month-end close governance meetings.
• .Drive automation and standardization initiatives.
• .Develop team capabilities and succession planning.
• .SLA / KPI adherence for RTR delivery.
• .Team engagement and performance.
• .Successful audits with minimal findings
