In view of the current spurt in growth triggered by a booming economy and by strategic alignment with Kilburn Engineering , MEE is looking to expand its team in terms of skill and strength. We are looking for seasoned, passionate, and self-motivated professionals for various positions :

Position : Lead Engineer

Reporting to : Manager

Experience : 5 to 10 Years

Qualification : BE Mechanical / Chemical Engineering

Remuneration : Commensurate with capabilities and industry standards

Domain : Capital Equipment System EPC / Project Companies

Role & Responsibilities :

The Lead Engineer is a senior technical leadership position responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of boiler systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, Indian & international regulations, and company policies.

• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Conduct feasibility studies, conceptual design, and detailed engineering.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IBR, ASME, API, EN).
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., manufacturing, procurement) and external partners (e.g., contractors, suppliers).
• Develop and maintain boiler design standards and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Communicate technical information to stakeholders (e.g., customers, sales teams).
• Develop technical documentation (e.g., manuals, datasheets).
• Mentor and develop junior engineers
