Lead – AI & Image Analytics

We are hiring for our client , an emerging AI-driven product company, looking for a Lead – AI & Image Analytics to build and lead their core product development team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in designing and scaling AI-based video and image analytics products , with end-to-end ownership from architecture to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead AI product development lifecycle – from design inception to QA and release.

Build and optimize audio-video data pipelines for real-time image and video analytics.

Drive model training, tuning, and optimization for AI vision models.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical and product goals.

Hire, mentor, and manage a small, high-performing AI engineering team.

Required Skills :

5–6 years of experience in AI, Computer Vision, and Image Analytics .

Strong programming skills in Python and Golang / Rust .

Hands-on experience with Vector Databases and large-scale data processing.

Proven understanding of SDLC , design principles, and scalable product architecture.
