Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Branch Business Manager. The role includes leading branch operations, managing and growing a portfolio, acquiring new clients, and achieving financial and operational targets. Responsibilities also include assessing creditworthiness, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, developing strategies for branch growth, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+year experience of LAP / HL.
• Proficiency in sales, business development, and client acquisition for meeting and exceeding branch targets
• Experience in credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance
• Strong management, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to strategize and implement growth plans tailored to the locality
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or any stream, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred
• Proven experience in banking or financial services, especially in an NBFC setup, is an advantage
