Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant located in Noida with experince of 0-5 years . The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for conducting audits, providing taxation advisory, and ensuring compliance with Company Law. The role involves preparation of financial statements, assisting in strategic financial planning, and rendering consultation for various financial reports. The candidate will work closely with clients, regulatory bodies, and team to deliver accurate and timely financial advice and solutions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Audit & Assurance, including statutory and internal audits

Strong knowledge of Taxation, including Direct and Indirect Tax compliance and planning

Experience with FEMA regulations, NRI services, and Company Law compliance

Competency in preparing financial statements and analyzing data for financial planning and decision-making purposes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members

Proven ability to work efficiently in an on-site, collaborative professional environment

CA certification with professional experience in a similar role is required

Proficiency in accounting software and familiarity with compliance under Indian and international financial frameworks is advantageous
