Ensure achievement of SIM activation targets through retail outlets in the assigned territory.
Drive revenue market share by expanding retail width and ensuring consistent product availability.
Manage productivity and performance of channel partners and Field Sales Executives (FSE).
Train and ensure the availability of adequately skilled FSE under each distributor.
Monitor stock levels to ensure distributors and retailers maintain adequate inventory.
Strengthen distribution by expanding recharge and SIM selling outlet networks.
Drive key distribution parameters, including Return on Investment (ROI) for distributors and retailers.
Gather, analyze, and report competitor activities, policies, and initiatives to the Jio Centre and State Sales & Distribution team.
Identify and propose visibility requirements to enhance market presence in the territory.
Education Required
Graduate in any discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred).
Experience Required
Graduate : 4 to 8 years
MBA : Minimum 2 to 6 years
