Overall Responsibilities :

Collaborate with team members to apply design, development, testing, deployment, support, and evaluation principles.

Develop high-quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage.

Contribute to the technical design for system enhancements and new features.

Participate actively as a member of the software development team with minimal supervision and occasional guidance.

Provide technical support and assistance to non-technical team members as needed.

Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Contribute to support and technical troubleshooting activities.

Technical Skills :

Required Skills :

experience in HPE Nonstop development.

Strong expertise in Connex and its architecture, including components such as AP, TH, PI, and SDX.

Proficiency in TAL / pTAL, TACL, Guardian, SQL / MX, Enscribe, and COBOL.

In-depth knowledge of AS2805 and ISO standards and message formats.

Familiarity with Visa, MasterCard, and EFTPOS scheme regulations and procedures.

Experience with MasterCard, VISA, and FINSIM simulators.

Experience :

7 to 12 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly in Connex and HPE Nonstop environments.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Day-to-Day Activities :

Collaborate with team members on design and development tasks.

Write, test, and maintain code for new and existing software applications.

Engage in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Provide technical support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Relevant certifications in HPE Nonstop or related technologies are a plus.

Soft Skills :

Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical team members.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
