Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and acquire new clients through outreach, networking, and sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Collaborate with product and academic teams to develop client-specific educational solutions
- Align with marketing teams to ensure promotional efforts reflect current offerings and value propositions
- Present and demonstrate MSU's educational products and solutions to prospective clients
- Collect and share client feedback to guide product improvement and strategy
- Support the implementation and onboarding of clients to new educational products or initiatives
