About the Role :

• We're looking for a builder of systems with AI superpowers-someone who can take the amazing (and sometimes chaotic) things our leaders are doing and turn them into playbooks, AI-powered workflows, and scalable digital systems. This is the person who makes sure great ideas don't just live in someone's head, but become repeatable, automated, and future-proofed with GenAI.
• AI is an important tool here-helping us digitize, automate, and accelerate process design-but the foundation is about methodology, systems thinking, and product-savvy execution.
• This is an Individual Contributor role for a thought partner + doer who's obsessed with process, savvy with product, and excited to harness AI to reimagine how teams work.
