We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruitment Manager to lead a team of 8 handling end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT technical domains. The role demands strong people leadership, client management skills, and the ability to drive high-performance delivery using data-driven insights.
- 6–12 years of experience in US IT staffing / recruitment with strong client-facing exposure
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under timelines with accountability
- Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in CRM / ATS and reporting tools
- Team management experience is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of technical roles across engineering, manufacturing, R&D, and IT.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
