About the Job : We're seeking a Software Engineering Operations Analyst to drive insights and operational excellence using Azure DevOps, Agile practices, and Power BI dashboards. This role demands strong analytical skills, dashboard automation, and a proactive mindset to support engineering leadership.

Title : Lead Consultant (Power BI)

Job Location : Noida

Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or related field is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and automate Power BI dashboards using data from Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) to track engineering KPIs like velocity, lead time, and DORA metrics.
• Ensure ADO data quality by maintaining queries, workflows, and running regular audits to improve consistency across teams.
• Drive Agile operational cadence by managing sprint / release calendars, backlog health reviews, and quarterly planning processes.
• Deliver executive reporting through weekly / monthly readouts and ad-hoc analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Support tooling administration for ADO and Power BI, including license management and light vendor coordination.
• Identify process bottlenecks through data analysis and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate compliance activities such as audit readiness, change logs, and security reporting tied to software releases.
