Job Title : Senior Business Development Executive

Job Location : Baner, Pune

Experience : 1 to 4 Years

Shift : 6.30 PM -3.30 AM IST : Monday to Friday

Qualification : BE / Graduate / MBA

Job Description :

Futurism Technology is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for engaging with potential clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Should have experience between 1 to 4 years.
  • Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present solutions effectively.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and nurture them through personalized communication strategies.
  • Stay updated on competitors’ offerings and leverage this knowledge in sales pitches.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to CXO-level stakeholders to build trust and drive conversions.
  • Focus exclusively on the US market, ensuring alignment with its unique demands and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs and close high-value deals.

Must have Skills :

  • Deal Closure Expertise : Proven track record of successfully closing deals end-to-end.
  • Scheduling Proficiency : Skilled in scheduling meetings with prospects efficiently.
  • Lead Nurturing : Expertise in nurturing prospects and leads through personalized communication channels, such as calls, customized emails, LinkedIn InMail, etc.
  • Competitive Sales Experience : Prior experience working with competitors in selling software development services.
  • Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective client engagement.
  • US Market Knowledge : Past experience working exclusively in the US geography, with a deep understanding of its market dynamics.
  • CXO Targeting Expertise : Demonstrated experience in targeting and engaging CXO-level executives.
