About the Role :
Geo Head is responsible to achieve business goals and profitability, set targets, manage resources, and drive P&L by ensuring a balanced mix of new and used CVCE asset funding, quality sourcing, and cost management. The incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of Sales volume & Fees along with targets of other key metrics for their team.

Key Responsibilities :
- Business Goals & Profitability
- Setting up business targets, resource management, defining key actionable to achieve KPIs of business
- Responsible for driving P&L of CVCE Business by ensuring right business mix of New and Used, quality sourcing, margins, cost of acquisition and credit cost and throughput of each resource, digital adoption to reduce processing cost.
- Establish relationship with OEM partners at Zonal level to drive strategic initiatives and improve penetration at each counter through mutually agreed numbers.
- Regular engagement with RBBH to drive higher Branch penetration and calendarize activities for getting the mindset of the Branch Team to bring more focus. Involvement of RBBH for key channel meets and attending OEM events.
- Adoption of Siddhi Application to enhance efficiency in Sales Team
- Oversee fulfilling customer journey with seamless processing and offering a host of banking solutions leading to customer delight.
- Make Axis Bank the financier of first choice by ensuring best in class TAT
- Responsible to increase customer retention and engagement to improve Net Promoter Score and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business results
- Control regrettable attrition across all grades to maintain a strong and motivated team
- Drive various people agenda, including but not limited to, values, talent management, internal mobility, culture, learning and developments
- Audit, Compliance, and Risk Management
Converge with Risk and Collections Team to restrict early delinquency and collaboration for resolving high DPD cases

Graduation / post-graduation from a recognized institute8+ work experience (secured loans preferred)Role Proficiencies :
