Manager - Supply Chain & Operations

Description : The Operations & Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end flow of goods from procurement of raw materials to production, warehousing, inventory management, and final dispatch to customers. The role ensures production efficiency, cost control, and timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance for FMCG food products.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Supply Chain Planning & Procurement :

• Develop and execute procurement plans for raw materials, packaging, and promotional items in line with sales and production forecasts.
• Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers; negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Track supplier performance on quality, lead times, and reliability.
