Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound international calls.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately within set timelines.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and company policies.
  • Maintain detailed call logs and reports using CRM tools.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.).

Requirements :

  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or global accent.
  • Min 6m of international voice process experience.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts, including weekends.
